Hard locked myself out - can anyone help?

My boss gave a phone and it had some kind of filter installed which also meant that I couldn't disable the password pin. To do that I had to click "remove administrator" or something. A warning came up saying "If you do this the phone will be locked" I thought nothing of it and clicked "durrrr ok." Sure enough the phone locked and none of the passwords that I had are working.

I now press the power button and it says "enter password" with a long bar underneath to type in a long password. I have no idea what it is, and neither does he.

Is there anyway around this?
