I factory reset my phone and my mobile data is now not working (4G/LTE, 3G, 2G, 1X)

I am running android 4.0.3 on HTC Rezound. So I decided to factory reset my phone because it became sluggish. I backed up everything before I did so. Then I factory reset it. It did its thing and turned on.

I went through the setup and got my contacts and stuff. Then I went to the play store to sign in and it said I had no connection even though it said I did in the notification bar (It said 4G/LTE with the up and down arrows being used). Then I went to go use the browser and it said it had no connection. I can still make calls, relieve them, text, recieve texts, and use WiFi.

So my factory reset rendered my mobile data useless.
