Google Play should rank apps based on something aside from number of downloads

like a ratio of number of users and runtime. And every uninstall equally downranks an app. I don't like it when an app like FB says it has 1 to 5 billion downloads. How am I supposed to take it that 1 to 5 billion people of the planet Earth have an Android phone and a Facebook. via
