PSA: Be wary of background data usage in Lollipop

I updated to Lollipop on my Moto G on the 9th (or something), and since then my mobile data has shot up ridiculously:http://ift.tt/1ACv3Rg is partly due to WiFi no longer working with some routers, for unknown reasons. But it seems that the bulk of this is due to certain applications using a TON of background data. You can imagine the usual suspects, like Facebook and so on. The way to fix this, I think and hope, is to click on each under "Data Usage" and restrict background data. As I said, I hope this works, because if it doesn't I'm going to use up the rest of my 1GB data cap within a few days.tl;dr Check if your apps are suddenly using a ton of background data after switching to Lollipop via /r/Android Leatest Updates
