What if MS plans to go full android?

I mean, they are investing in CM. There are talks about android apps running in windows. Cortana will be in android. They even contributed to Linux. I wonder......if they're thinking in make Windows Phone an Android ROM fully integrated with MS services? I would LOVE that via /r/href="http://ift.tt/1Bhnuzo">Android Leatest Updates
