AT&T S6 disappearing messages & screen bug
Picked up my AT&T S6 recently (like everyone else!) and I am having a couple issues with it. I have not dropped the pone or anything crazy yet, so I believe it is a software issue.
First issue - My phone continually deletes random text messages from the stock messaging app with the AT&T cloud sync turned on. I have lost 30+ messages this way, one time someone resent me a message 10+ times and it deleted it every time, before finally keeping half of it. This is driving me crazy and causing me to lose a lot of vital communication.
Second issue - I had a set of grey lines appear on the left and lower sides of the screen. It looked about the same as the normal fadeout section on the edge of the screen, except it was misplaced about 5-7mm inside the screen edges. Restarting, going in & out of power saver/ultra power saver all did not fix the issue, and it would persist across screens, apps, etc. It eventually fixed itself, however I am concerned that this issue will recur.
