Google is taking Intellectual Property VERY seriously. Maybe. Too much seriously.

For everyone that wants to build a website, an app, or virtually any service, that use the details of tv series, and episodes, can refer to thetvdb.com. ALL OF THE DATA about the episodes, is under Creative Commons, and it's open, an made by users.

My app use that, but Google keeps telling me that the content is under the Copyright from the tv shows studios.

In general, how can anyone make an app about tv series, if Google doesn't listen to the appeals of the developers? There are TONS of apps about tv series, and every app uses the same database (thetvdb.com). What would you do if you were in my position?

(honestly apologize for my english, and hope, i don't get rejected from reddit too)
