I was riding in a bus the other day and saw a girl on iPhone having an app that showed a circle in upper right corner that was always on top and which allowed her to press it and have multitasking options. It was hard to see how it worked because that button allowed her to switch between apps really fast. Does anyone know what is the app in question and is there an Android version?
