ATT HTC M8 Contact Issues after Lollipop Update
A co worker has an HTC M8 that has just received the Lollipop update. Since getting this update he is getting an error message when sending an SMS message to use the proper 10 digit number. Looking at the contact there is a "1" in front of the 10 digit number. Using another contact as a reference the second contact had "+1" in front of the 10 digit number, and the message was sent with no errors.
I tried adding a "+" to the first contact and it still would not send the message out. The contacts are stored on the SIM card vs using Outlook/Google or the like.
Any Suggestions?
