Old videos won't play
So I had a galaxy S4 for awhile, until it stopped functioning and I got a new galaxy Alpha. All of my photos and videos "backed up" on my new phone, and I can see the majority of the thumbnails for both photos and videos (the rest are gray). When I try to watch an old video it never loads and the gray pictures don't pull up either. I've tried other player apps but none of them work. Any ideas on how I could get these videos to play?
