How to get Contacts to sync with Google Account?
Contacts are stored on the phone but they are not synced with the user's Google account. (i.e., when going to contacts.google.com as user, list is empty.) I went to Google Settings > Account History > Device Information and turned all that on, but it hasn't ran yet and don't know if that will sync her contacts. Also tried syncing her Google account from the 'Accounts' menu and that didn't do the trick, either. She is getting a new phone in a few hours and would really like to not lose her contacts. Thanks in advance
td;dr User wants to move contacts from handset to Google Account and it is not happening by default. Where are these settings housed?
